JAE B. Jae B. was born in Kangwondo, Korea in 1967. Developing her painting style in her teens, she learned how to paint with a smooth, stylized approach, with a unique use of color. Jae prefers a simplified view when painting landscapes, and paints them with both brushes and wide pallet knife strokes. She also prefers the use of bright and bold colors. Her recent paintings capture European landscape views with a bright contemporary style. Jae speaks of her paintings that "I express beauty of nature with light through my paintings."
